Essential oils are great for physical, mental & emotional issues. ALWAYS use the purest oils and organic ingredients. After a few years of trying every oil out there I decided Young living Oils are the most pure and best out there and you don’t need nearly as much as some of the other brands. Young living has their own farms, and there is really nothing like them. Even better is that all these oils (and 8 others, a diffuser, samples, booklets, roller etc.) are in the starter kit!!
Lavender, Lemon & Peppermint oils can be used for so many things it’s too long to mention here. However, a couple of my favorites are for feeling down, depression, allergies or headaches. You can diffuse, add a tiny amount onto your fingers and put behind your ears, on the bottoms of your feet OR just smell them from the bottle. Again, you do not need a lot of the Young living oils and they are pure enough to put on your body without a carrier oil (unless you are allergic or VERY sensitive).
I have had many headaches and just smelling these oils puts an ease over my mind and body immediately. If it is a big one, I will rub behind my ears and on my feet. If it is a major allergy issue I will diffuse. But use cautiously as the peppermint can be very strong!
These oils are also good for cleansing and clearing any stagnate energy within your space. Lavender is also great for grounding. However there is an AWESOME oil that I absolutely love from young living called "grounding". It helps me center, relax and feel an over sense of well-being. It’s pretty amazing.
